The injection molding of PET transparent parts often encounters problems such as mold sticking, wrinkling, and whitening. Appearance issues can lead to a decrease in product yield, significant wear and tear, increased costs for manufacturers, and even losses.
In response to the pain points in this industry, Fantai Company has developed PET demolding smooth masterbatch, which can solve problems such as sticking, wrinkling, and whitening encountered in PET injection molding without affecting the transparency of PET. At the same time, it also improves the fluidity of PET, reduces injection molding temperature, and saves electricity costs.

The problem encountered by the factory during the injection molding of PET transparent storage boxes: during the production of about 1.5 hours @ 120 molds, the product wrinkled and turned white in the fixed position, requiring shutdown and mold cleaning;

Result: After 6 hours of continuous production of @ 500 molds, the product quality was qualified. However, after stopping the addition of S310, the product immediately experienced wrinkling and whitening issues.
